The Danish Immigration Service and SIRI have a duty of confidentiality.
Most of the Danish Immigration Service and SIRI’s information is confidential. We cannot release information to people who are not involved in the case. This is due to our duty of confidentiality.
We can release information to you, as the applicant, or to person who you have granted power of attorney. In certain cases we can release information to other relevant persons or parts. This could be your spouse, host, employer, educational institution, place of internship etc.
In some cases, it might be necessary for us to ask verification questions to determine whether you may receive information.
