I have very strong recommendations for Mizgin - he was really professional with my work permit. It only took around 1,5 month which was much less than I had expected. Most of my friends had to wait 3-4 months. I had a couple of questions during the process and I called him in the night and did not expect him to pick up the phone but he always answered and was very friendly about explaining everything.
