When an existing residence permit is withdrawn — e.g. if the basis for the permit no longer applies.
A residence permit can be revoked if the basis for it has lapsed — for example, divorce following spousal reunification, abandonment of residence in Denmark, or if the permit was issued on the basis of incorrect information.
Revocation can be appealed to the Immigration Appeals Board within 8 weeks.
