The Integration Act is a Danish law.
The purpose of the Integration Act is to ensure that newly arrived foreign nationals get an opportunity to use their abilities and resources to become active citizens on equal terms with other citizens in the Danish society.
It will be stated in the letter granting you a residence permit whether or not you are comprised by the Integration Act.
